1. Scope of this Notice

This Privacy Notice covers the public Sanctifai Auto marketing website, including our blog and the waitlist sign-up form. If you use the Sanctifai Auto application (our product for collision-repair shops), a separate Platform Privacy Policy governs that service and is available within the app.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data to keep the site secure:

• Waitlist details: When you join the waitlist we store the name, email, shop name, role, estimating system, monthly supplement volume, DRP affiliations, and referral source you provide.
• Abuse prevention: With each waitlist submission we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser user-agent to prevent spam and abuse. We never store your raw IP address.

3. Analytics

Where enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that measures aggregate site traffic (such as page views and waitlist form events) without cookies and without collecting personal or cross-site identifiers.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Waitlist: To contact you about early access, send a welcome email, and understand demand for the product.
• Security: To rate-limit submissions and prevent automated abuse.
• Improvement: To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations:

• Supabase: Database and storage for waitlist sign-ups.
• Resend: Sends the welcome email and internal notifications.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Verifies that submissions are from real people, not bots.
